Overview
Vibecraft is an event management and event production company from Dubai, in the United Arab Emirates. They plan and deliver sports tournaments, outdoor events, corporate events, exhibitions, ceremonies, musical shows and private celebrations.
I built a single, flowing website that explains their idea of one partner for the whole event, shows their vision to grow into event solutions and infrastructure, and lets visitors plan an event with a simple form or WhatsApp.

The challenge
- Explain a bigger idea than "event company". Vibecraft combines management, production and infrastructure, and the site had to make that clear.
- Show seven kinds of events without clutter. Sports, outdoor, corporate, exhibitions, ceremonies, entertainment and private events each need their own story.
- Share a vision and a sourcing plan. The company is building an international event supply programme, and wanted partners and suppliers to understand it.
- Turn interest into enquiries. Visitors needed a simple way to describe their event.
What I built
A clear brand story
The hero says it in one line: Creating Experiences. Building Events. Delivering Moments. A moving strip of event types and the "Who we are" section explain what makes Vibecraft different.

Event Management, Event Production, Event Infrastructure, Branding & Experience, Logistics & Operations and On-Site Management are each shown as a clear card.
Event categories explorer
Seven event types are shown in a browsable explorer (01 / 07), each with its own description of how Vibecraft supports it.
A five-stage approach
Understand, Plan, Build, Deliver and Experience show how an empty space becomes a complete experience.
Solutions in tabs
Event Infrastructure, Exhibition & Branding, Production and Operations are organized in tabs, with the items each one covers.
The Vibecraft advantage
A section explains that the events industry is fragmented (furniture, exhibition, branding, AV, logistics, staffing, production) and that Vibecraft brings it together.
Vision and sourcing programme
Manage, Build and Supply explain where the company is going. The sourcing section covers the types of products they look for and the partnership models (direct procurement, supplier partnerships, distribution and rental), with a live countdown to ORGATEC 2026 in Cologne, Germany, on 27 to 30 October 2026.
Plan your event
A short form collects name, phone or WhatsApp, optional email, preferred date, type of event and details. A Chat on WhatsApp button and a Google Maps link are right next to it.
