Overview
Contrology Pilates Fitness is a Pilates studio from Dubai, in the United Arab Emirates, with two branches: Aspect Tower in Business Bay and Prime Tower in Downtown Dubai. They needed a website that covers every detail of the studio and brings in new clients.
I built the full site, two dedicated service pages, conversion features such as a sticky offer bar and a timed popup, and a client registration and verification system with QR codes and an admin panel.

The challenge
- Cover every detail of the studio. Classes, team, pricing, branches, opening hours and testimonials all had to be clear.
- Turn visitors into first-time clients. The studio wanted a strong, simple path to book a free first class or a free consultation.
- Keep a proper record of clients. They needed a safe way to register every client and check them when they return.
- Handle a large client base. The admin panel had to stay fast even with thousands of people.
What I built
A Private Pilates page
A page for personalized Private Reformer Pilates and Pilates Personal Training in Business Bay, Dubai, where every 1-on-1 session is tailored to the client. It features video testimonials that play right inside the site.

A page for the group classes at one of Dubai's highest-rated Pilates studios, with expert-led classes, premium facilities and a community people keep coming back to.
Offers that stand out
The free first class card, season offers and the intro offer are designed as clear cards, so visitors immediately see what they get and how to claim it.
A sticky announcement bar
While visitors scroll, a bar stays in view, inviting them to book their first free class.
A popup after 60 seconds
After a visitor has spent 60 seconds on the site, a popup opens, inviting them to book a free consultation.
Client registration with a QR code
A new client registers with their details, a selfie and a photo of an ID document (Emirates ID, passport or another identification). After registering, they receive a QR code that downloads automatically or on a click.
Scan to verify
On the next visit, the client scans the QR code. It opens a page that confirms they are a valid client and shows their details and photo, so the check at the studio takes seconds.
Admin panel with pagination
The studio can see every registered client in an admin panel. Since the client base will be big, the list is paginated instead of loading everyone at once, so it stays fast. Opening a client shows their details, the identification document and the selfie they uploaded.
